KING ROAD TOWER - JEDDAH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

The King Road Tower is the first tower building to be constructed in the Jeddah region. The unique design consists of a central tower with a focal point formed with a pearl embedded centrally in the facade at high level. The pearl encompasses a lounge and VIP area at the top of the 33 floors for office use, above a podium accommodating 2 shopping levels and associated parking levels.

The office layout is of a highly functional design within a high-tech environment including areas to retreat to and a landscaped roof top garde level. A podium formed of natural stone visually supports the convex glass structure of the tower. The lift provides panoramic views across Jeddah.

The media facade with a LED screen covering the front of the building is one of the biggest in the world.
