Responsibilities 

This is a full-time role in Dubai office for a Project Manager as part of the Design Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting Project Timeline, monitoring Project deliverables, Updating relevant stakeholders on the project progress, Design Management and coordination, Contract administration and Client Management.  

 Qualifications 

• Minimum 10 years experience in total; 5 years experience on Hospitality and Residential projects; 3 years experience in UAE 

• PMP is a plus 

• Strong Communication skills 

• Proficiency in Project Management and Design Management 

• Knowledge of architectural and engineering principles 

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively 

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in the field of architecture 

Role Description 

This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role for a Project Director located in Dubai. The Project Director will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. 

 The Project Director will oversee the entire project life cycle and collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, managing risks and critical issues. The role requires outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

 Qualifications 

• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, communication, and problem-solving. 

• Excellent Leadership skills with experience overseeing multi-disciplinary project teams, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and budget. 

• Engineering or Architecture knowledge, with experience in design, construction, and project management in the built environment sector. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields with at least 15 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. 

• Proficiency in English is a must.
