Kling Consult successfully delivered the AWR Distribution Centre in August 2025. The project, located in the DIC, Dubai UAE, encompasses a G+Mezzanine warehouse complex and logistic centre with over 33,900 m² of built-up area, developed for Al Rostamani Real Estate to integrate automotive spare parts and logistics operations for AWR Automotive (Nissan, Infiniti, Renault). Kling Consult’s scope included full Lead Consultancy, Project Management, Architectural & Façade Design, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Landscape, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying and Site Supervision.
