Project details

Jewel of the Creek is a 1 million sqm mixed use development in the Port Saeed area of Deira occupying a strategic location at the north shore of Dubai Creek. The project incorporates mix of residential, commercial, hospitality and recreational use and will transform this location to a vibrant urban centre and the prominent landmark in the heart of Dubai.

Jewel of the Creek has to offer a vast range of unique features: inner creek with promenade; man-made island with car-free ground floor; longest swimming pool in Dubai and many others.

Being challenged by the size and uniqueness of the project, Kling Consult team has had a good chance to utilize its professional capabilities and creative freedom. Special services provided by Kling include design of district cooling plant and service routing for the whole development. Due to the change of the buildings use, demolition and strengthening specialist works were done. To accommodate such a big development the infrastructure of Port Saeed area has undergone some changes. RTA, in close coordination with Kling Consult, introduced a new route with a tunnel connecting Jewel of the Creek with the main road of Deira.

Proud to be an important part of such a tremendous project, Kling Consult has done colossal job turning an ambitious vision into reality, which is going to have a strong positive community impact.
