Project details

Tajura Development consists of 5 buildings – 1 office building and 4 staff accommodation buildings designed for expats working in the oil industry, both single and families. Taking advantage of the project prime location offering unobstructed sea views, Kling Consult architects created a concept with a healthy and comfortable lifestyle as a keynote. The development territory is designed to be more of a recreation zone; enriched with green gardens it culminates into a large sports ground with a swimming pool in the middle. Residential buildings have gym and restaurant on the ground floor.

As there are no infrastructure facilities available in close proximity to the project plot, all the service systems are designed on stand-alone principle.

The whole complex is designed in a contemporary and, at the same time, functional style to reflect the modernity of the developer – Jabel Oil Services.
