Project details

The newly launched Abu Dhabi Airport Business City currently operates 3 main facilities: the Logistics Park, the Business Center and the Business Park, the development of which started with a commercial building.

The building design, simple as it may seem, proudly carries 2 ESTIDAMA pearls as a result of hard and well-coordinated work of Kling Consult team and other involved parties. The building systems include solar water heating, light sensors, waste segregation, sophisticated thermal control and others, which cumulatively give 55% energy savings and 35% water savings.

The project turned out to be a success both for the Client and Kling Consult in many ways. Thorough planning and responsible approach resulted in the timely project completion with zero claims from the Contractor. All authority approvals were obtained by KC Abu Dhabi team in due time. 100% of offices were rented out even before the construction was completed.
