Project details

Inspired by the best design districts in the world Dubai Design District is intended to become a creative hub of Dubai and the whole Middle East. With a status of Free Zone d3 offers its tenants both options: a free zone license or a traditional ownership practiced in the UAE.

D3 Phase I plot consists of North, Core and South Blocks – total 11 buildings designed to incorporate high-class office and working spaces for designers and representatives of art and fashion industry. Streetscape envisaged as active urban space forms retail corridors with outdoor dining areas, pop-up shops and art displaying zones.

Having a long history, d3 project Phase I has been well orchestrated by Kling Consult from the very beginning in 2006 till its successful launch in April 2015. Kling Consult team showed its full commitment to the project when re-appointed to rejuvenate suspended development after 4 years. New client, new contractor, new authority regulations, new project vision; record keeping procedures practiced in Kling Consult ensured the project quick and smooth re-start.
