Dubai Science Park formerly known as Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (Dubiotech) is the Gulf leading life science and Business Park designed to provide world-class facilities to the businesses involved in scientific research and development.

The Nucleotide Laboratory Complex is one of the largest laboratories in the Middle East. It comprises of 4-storey state-of-the-art buildings spanning an area of about 24,800 sqm with a capacity to accommodate up to 160 laboratory units. The design is developed by an American specialist architect CUH2A and it offers a unique layout providing for biological safety cabinet and special ventilation and exhaust systems intended to stop cross-contamination between lab spaces.

The Laboratory Complex is a perfect combination of high technologies and sustainable practices implemented to achieve commercial and R&D success in line with significantly reduced environmental impact.
