Project details

Located just a stone’s throw away from the Red Sea MASIC tower branded apartments will dominate the Jeddah skyline in the near future. The 248-meter high residential tower offers its inhabitants a luxurious lifestyle with astonishing sea views. In line with the cultural constrains the building is designed to ensure adequate privacy from all the sides.

A product of internationally coordinated efforts, the tower has a “Chicago-style” façade, while apartments are designed with full conformance to Islamic traditions where living space is divided into public and private. The building has specialized separate facilities for the male and female residents including gyms, indoor pool, Spa and saloons. There are also common amenities such as an outdoor pool, kids pool, squash court and terrace garden with basketball court, barbecue stations and café, lower floors comprise conference facilities and restaurant, drivers and service staff accommodation.

Site Condition Challenge: Due to extensive voids in the soil sub-structure design required a specialist input. To strengthen the foundation soil and rock layers were filled with cement grout.

Sustainable Solutions: Provided with the extra insulation and energy saving systems MASIC tower is designed to reduce energy consumption. Waste water treatment system uses recycled water for irrigation and other non-potable purposes.
