Mada residential development is comprised of two-storey four-bedroom villas located in prestigious areas of Dammam – Telal Al Doha and Al Shatee area. Kling Consult was appointed to perform design review and value engineering for the project to ensure it is compatible with the existing neighbourhood. As a result of Kling professional approach substantial savings of up to 15% of the construction costs have been achieved without compromising on the quality of the development.
